I had a lot of different experiences in different areas, but this learning environment was really special. We were told right away that there are no bad questions, if they came up, they have a right to exist. You’re a switcher and you’ve never heard of a BPMN diagram? No problem! You’ll hear and even draw one yourself here. It was a mix of challenges, motivation, hard work, but at the same time comfort, support, and fantastic results in the end. Here they teach not to be ashamed of mistakes, but to grow and improve because of them. And it would be good if most educational initiatives used this approach because it motivates to try, to make mistakes, to try again, and in the end to reach the goal.

The whole process – from the start of the course to onboarding in the company already in the position of a business analyst – is very structured. We first studied the general things that every business analyst should know and then moved on to more specific topics. There were quite a few practical tasks, which helped me to understand that all this is not terrible and is very real. Now I feel confident, I am constantly in touch with colleagues who help me understand the subject area of applications I work with. Of course, I still have a lot of knowledge to gain, but it is a comforting feeling when you see where you need to grow

It is cool that in such a short course they were able to give enough knowledge, pointed out the importance of independent development, advised additional materials on each topic to dive deeper into each of them. Such courses are very valuable for people who combine work and learning. Also, I got a lot of useful soft skills, which I am already using in my teamwork.

These courses are a very good start for those who have not worked in IT but have always wanted to try. The course was quite intensive, I got a lot of information and there were also some exercises at home to consolidate it. And based on the results of the test assignment at the end of the course, I got the desired position. And if it were not for these courses, I definitely would not have passed this test.

I liked the way the course was taught: the information was accessible; we could ask questions in the moment, which made it easier to follow. It’s cool that these are constantly live lectures, not just recordings of topics. The instructors devoted more time to complex theory if necessary, gave additional explanations, after which everything became super clear. Also useful were interesting lectures on soft skills, which helped me to understand procrastination, reasoning, and people’s temperament.

Studying at TemaBit was a unique opportunity for me. The teachers approached each lecture very focused and shared their experiences, which helped me learn the material better. I always got homework with feedback. We immediately applied what we learned: we took the entire test – from the test plan to checking for bugs. After the training, I successfully passed the exam and the interview got an offer, and am already working for the excellent TemaBit team.

At TemaBit Fozzy Group, we work with many interesting projects, tasks, often very non-trivial, which require non-standard solutions. And it’s very cool. Also, this is an incredible career field, where I went from a tester to a business analyst, and now I am a project manager.

It’s great to understand and feel that millions acknowledge your work. I remember this “wow” when in the store I first saw the product I have worked on. This thought still occurs to me – “this is really cool” – when I approach the self-service desk at the “Fora” or “Silpo”.

The company does not limit the opportunities for growth, the introduction of new technologies, changes, although the risk is always present. I have been working at TemaBit FozzyGroup for 12 years and do not feel routine or stagnant. We are constantly evolving, changing, the team is growing, there are more tasks, and projects are expanding. It drives and fascinates me a lot.
